It could be a nice picture anyway, I like the tones here! But the building around is too 'glowy'..Did you process it using HDR toning in Photoshop? I think its not with a proper balance, if I may notice, and also there's too much pixelated here...I hope you dont mind, ok :)

I love your idea to concentrate the focus around the weeds and the hands as it should be the greatest power of this portrait...
The way he looked and the dramatic clouds at the background really strengthens the atmosphere around.
