Thank you Paul I am putting the new camera on my Christmas wish list.. I was taking humming bird photos when i seen the wasp My youngest asked for me to take the picture so when i did.. I didn't even notice till late that evening.. but thank you much.. any cameras yo

It is a great moment shot with "two at once" It is an accomplishment to be proud of Charles. If I could give you some advice is positioning your camera, or focus your attention on something more attractive than a green plastic object as background. Another advice is cropping even more and that for the lower black spots, but I see that you already cropped a lot with not enough resolution and sharpness left for your insects. You need a camera with more than 5 Million pixels as you used, to allow you more cropping, cheers, Paul

Well seen, but to me this looks a little bit too soft, and lacks the sharpness and image quality I would have liked. It is also just a little over exposed, knocking the exposure downa a tad would have helped this, as would maybe a small step to the left and a slightly higher viewpoint to try to get more of the bees head in.

Very well seen charles. your position was a bit difficult because your lens appears to be facing the sun. i think you can improve the tones by adjusting in PS - make it a bit darker to bring out more detail. otherwise great macro.
