Tracy: very nice selective focussing; perfect contrast; beautiful deep, noiseless blacks.

A simple, clean and refreshing look; straightforward but delightful pose and subject.

I saw this in small and was intrigued by the shapes and the composition. It's really well choosen. The high shutter is well choosen for the water is caught beautifully. It's just to bad that somehow it doesn't seem to have anything in focus. Which breaks down the whole photo a bit. Kind Regards, martijn

I love the crop, the structure, the lighting. It's a great abstract, you could almost think it's liquid metallic. So fluent and full of natural forms. The only thing that breaks the whole illusion is the grain in the photo. Kind Regards, martijn

Hi Paulo,
Thanks for the comments on my shots. If you ever get the chance, do go to Trunk Bay on St. John's USVI. It truly is magical...what you see is what you get!

hi tracy. first of all, nice shot here. i love the beach and the turquoise blue waters that some of these places have. in this photo it would be nice to see a bit more of the sky, too closely cropped at the top i think, and maybe (even tho a lot of people dont like to do it) clone out that white blotch at top centre. looks like some kind of structure or something. but detracts from the loveliness of the photo.

take care ~ james

Hi Annemette,
The dogs do suffer a little but if it gets really hot we leave the air conditioning on for them. They are very spoilt!

Thanks for the feedback.

Tracy

Aah, two wonderful breeds! How do they cope with the hot weather in Australia? My newfoundlanddog even has problems with the Danish summer. Cute dog portrait!
Best wishes,
Annemette
