About Post-Hurricane Katrina, in Slidell, Louisiana. Note the sail boat mast above the roofline. The boat was deposited between the units by Hurricane Katrina. The debris is home contents damaged by water. Most of the damage in this area is from flooding (as opposed to wind damage).

I didn't get a picture to demonstrate, but it was possible to tell which direction the flood water came from by examining the damage to garage doors -- some doors were bent inward, while others were pushed outward.
