Hi Fabio,
I thank you for taking the time to view and comment on my photos. Also, I do appreciate the suggestions to improve my photography. You are correct about some of my focus problems. Sometimes I get so interested in my subject and composition, I forget about the technical aspects. I hope to improve as I gain experience.

I like this one, for the soft colours and composition.
I see that some of yours pictures are a bit out of focus. I think you can improve by setting your D70 in manual and use your body as the focus gear (Just move forth or back).
Even if you don't use a tripod you can get best focused subjects using this trick, just continue using a high shutter time (1/500 should be enough even at 300mm) and train yourself to shot only when in focus.
