I saw in Dpreview forum and another 350D users is having same problem..
After hapen once I formated it in camera, but in twice I lost a lot of shots.. :(
I wrote to canon and awating for an answer..

Very beautiful colours Roberto, the bright Sun really adds to their saturation.

I use a Kingston 40x Compact Flash Card and have had no problems. Have you tried formatting the card in camera, this sometimes helps? If not I suggest emailing either Lexar or Canon and asking if they know of any compatibility issues. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
