Than you, my dear friend Heifetz, for comparing my "Girl's face" to a Van Gogh painting. Remember, however, that I did not paint it. I only took the photo. Nevertheless, there is someting in what you wrote. The girl painted (probably an autoportrait) while in a German concentration came, uncertain of her future, afraid that she might be killed by gas and cremated. I think the resemlance to Van Gogh's paiting stems from the fact that both were tormented, each in his way.
