Precisely Markus. The colours were modified, but most of all a technique was used that is derived form the Orton imagery.

Thanks Franz for your comment. You are right, the blur and the softness was intentional. A kind of interpretation and really a matter of personnal taste. C'est inspiré d'une technique mise au point par Michael Orton. Tu pourrais regarder : http://www.michaelorton.com/SPGallery/SPgallery.html

Yes, very slow ... stunning mood and wintry colours; so typical of our latitudes :)

This is very different. It has such a nice soft feel with wonderful colors. Great capture. Don.

I really like this Mon Ami. Reminds me of my boyhood on the Kankakee. In those days we stayed out 'til it got too dark to see & then some. You put a little art into this. Looks really good

The colors look a kind of unreal, so as they were changed in PS. But the wide format fits very well to the width of the landscape. Beautiful!

The colours are great, otherwise it's a bit to blurry and soft for me -, but as I take it from the title you wanted it like this. Still waiting for spring; kind regards Franz
