Very nice, the bad weather with strong fog gives a very emotional photo and surely an original way to take a shot to the Eifel's tower! Very good.

This piece looks more like art than a photograph, but as art, it contains some "photographic" artifacts, i.e., the signs of "sharpening," particularly around the branches and "les tour Eiffel." Also, the "graininess," or "noise," but that may contribute, rather than detract. But it's a good composition. I like the way the branches give an introduction to the famous background object! Thank you!
