Great DOF, shame about the tree but other than that, nice shot :)

1. you could warm up the colors a little 2. the oof tree in the background distracts a lot (it's growing out of the boys head) moving just a few steps to the right would help this. 3. a bit of saturation would help 4. the composition is too central and it doesn't work well here. I'd crop from the right.
on the other hand: 1. excelent capture 2. very telling expression on the boys face!
A very nice shot!

I think this is a great composition...but the lighting on the face detracts...a bit of post work would help this...if the background were left the way it is and the face brightened that would work as well...with the face in the shadows, you lose some of the impact...it is such a good composition and the expression so well captured that I hate to se it diminished by the lighting...if you use an image editig program try looking at the levels or contrast...this just too good a composition and expression to go untouched...

Excellent smile and good use of DOF, but the subject is too centered. Regards, Marco

Very sweet and colorfull.. just a suggestion, try to crop it from the right side so that the boy is not placed in the center.. :)
