All your four last uploads have a very special appearance considering their coloring, Ben! They seem as if they would belong into a very tight and consistent series. This one adds the vagueness of the perception as an additional element of athmosphere, but it still remains into the style of horizontal zones with smooth colors.

The foggy look of daylight matches the motion blurry contours of the running guy very well. The whole image has many static elements despite him, that help it convey a very "remembrance-like" attitude, as if the same scene was to be kept in mind for an unlimited time.

Very nicely balance of composition too, on this remarkably simple yet so fully flaired image.
