About	I took this picture @ the Jersey shore in the town of Avalon, New Jersey. It was about 1 hour after sunset. I used a tripod because I had to keep the shutter open for about 12 seconds to let enough light in and to avoid camera shake.

I really like the cool atmosphere and great detail you've captured here. A couple things do bother me a bit though: Firstly, the burned out highlights(the porch lamps) and secondly, the tilted horizon. Just a couple fast fixes and it'll be spot on. Nice work!
