About One of twins who frequent the yard. Shot in the rain. Deer mostly have their faces in the grass - when they are not eating my roses.

This is a wonderful shot. You can just see the awareness in her eyes. Very nice.

Pat, special post processing might help with your Sigma. I am thinking that you could boost local contrast using USM in photoshop, say a radius of 50 pixels and an amount of 20 to 40%.

Eb - Beautiful sharp focus. Contrast is perfect. The Sigma is usually "flat" on contrast and variable on autofocus. They eat "holes" in our azaleas.

Cathy, these deer and others pass by daily because we live adjacent to a ravine which serves as a wildlife corridor. I am pleased that you think the colours to be OK. I pushed the intensity but there is always the concern that one has gone too far.

You see these animals regularly? How fortunate you are! That eye is magnificent. I love the colours in this series. Cathy
