hi john,thank you for the constructive comment,i totally agree , however has much as i cherish my new 17-40mm lense sometimes i wish i had the extra focal, moreover that the path the horse rider was on was just over the other side of the hill ,next time i see her riding ill wait on the other side. i did think of just cropping her out and just having the tree . suprising what an overexposed shot can give you. once again thank you .. as for originality i tend get inspirewd by shots i see on USEFILM and then interpret my local surrounding into the idea. its still winter and dull here so you kind of have to use your imagination to put something together and take a photo with in mind of what you can do in the digital darkroom. cu brian
I have to say you are one of the most original and assured photographers I have seen here for a while. This is taking minimalism to an extreme. The silhouette is superb. The only improvement I could wish for would be to see the full length of the legs of the horse. John
