Very nice! Good to see another experimenter with pencils/shavings :) I love the depth of field on this, and interesting color pattern to the shaving - reminds me of a bee. Very nicely done John!

I recognise this as pencil shaving from a hand held sharpener! I have one with Me in My nail apron(carpenter) It has different shapes tahn this but I have been thinking about photographing them! You have beat Me to it and created a unique photo John!!!!! Super job! Love it! My best.......................John 7 !
