About I was trying to depict the developing conditions in countries that are attempting to flourish in this day in age. Felt the grainey touch would add to the impact as it blends the overall composition tightly together in what would otherwise be washed out by the strond mid-day sun.

Loads of emotion here. Striking composition. Interesting and expressive. Not so sure about the grain. Would like to see it sharper.

Very compelling. Your effect works well. Are you using your photography to bring attention to this crisis?
