no I didn't go as far on the west, I planed it for the next trip from Las Vegas... if I ever return (and I wish I could return). Just walking on the new glass walk in this area will be an incredible feeling, I'm sure (did you see it, it just over the canyon)... as I know myself, I surely do it someday :)

Thanks so much for posting the north rim, I've wanted to go there for some time now. I also appreciate your critique of it. The south rim is nice but as you said, very touristy.
Great shot!! Did you happen to get to the west rim? I made it there, on the Hualapai reservation. Beautiful views (a few in my portfolio) but very commercialized by the natives ($35 just to enter).

Fantastic vantage point I wish i had gone there when i was there last but it was closed for the winter. Now that i see what is there from your great shots i will have to revisit it in the near future for sure.
