Hello Alex,
Thank you for your comments, it is always good to get another persective on ones work. Unfortunately this is how I framed the picture in camera. I only cropped the top blank space. I have worked in orchestras for many years and generally see my colleagues like this, but I will think about your comments.

I think you made a mistake when decided to use this crop, in depicting musicians during work I think that the human and the instrument is equally important, and here you couldn't decide which and how to show. I would like to see both hands, and the expression on her face.
