Thank you Ameed. To not have the stars show trails, I had to keep the shutter speed around 30 seconds but it wasn't enough for a bright picture so I had tweaked the brightness of this image.
Thanks to EOS 10D's extremely clean images, I was able to make this photo!

I like the effects that adds a mystical feeling to this photo but the highlight on water seem a bit unnatural in my opinion. Wonderful
