About From eggs to open sea back to rivers to spawn ending up as dinner for a Grizzly, or 'planked' for me.

Don't know that it qualifies for the egg project - but what the heck!

Thanks for the comment Ciprian, appreciate it.

About putting it in the egg project, isn't it incredible that from such a tiny egg a life's journey is taken thousands of kilometres through rivers to the sea and back again. Maybe I could have added an image of a predator of the egg stage to fit in with the edible part of the project, but I figured there were enough predators shown to qualify.

Well that's my reasoning, but as I said in the 'about' I wasn't too sure but did it anyway.

Cheers
Bruce

Thanks for the comment Hugo, I'm glad you liked it because it was in some ways inspired by your 'going places' series.

Hi Bruce, very creative approach. Intriguing combination of using the various elements, tones, details and textures to present us with the sketch I like to think of as a Life Cycle. (obviously, the reference to the salmon, from the eggs, to the upstream journey to the catch and the smoking of the fish is there too, but I can't relate to that as much as to the life cycle theme) Very good presentation, and a superbly creative approach. I like this alot!

Cheers,

Hugo

Andrew, that's actually an Orca, one of the predators of the salmon, perhaps I should have put it next to the Grizzly. Thanks for the comment.
