Thank you, Marcus. I'm in this site more than two years now and I've enjoyed it more than all the sites I've posted on previousely. So now it's become rather "heavy" with my photos. Nevertheless I appreciate your compliment and your very kind comment on my "Light from within."
Best regards,
Rafi

How DO you do it Marcus? Grebes for me never surface in the place where they dive. So it is anybody's guess where they'll come up. You got this one spot on, even with the hole in the water still there. Absolutely amazing. Oh yeah, and photographically it is a perfect image.

Excellent timing and outstanding result, Marcus. In a moment he's going to shake the water off. I hope you were far enough...
Thank you for your very generous comment on my "Light from within."
Best regards,

Marcus,
You know that's cheating, don't you? Real photographers only take single shots ;) Seriously, I find the multiple shot feature fantastic for racing cars, tennis, as well as wildlife. I just wish my storage time wasn't so slow on my little Fuji S5000. I have to break down and get a new DSLR.

Thanks Randy, well I shot continuous so he probably went down and popped up 3 times each with the same water effect, I think this frame came on the third try, as If It didnt there would have been a forth..:) Take care...

Well since you have a Nikon and a Canon which would you be shopping for :) for the 20D the 100-400L IS is about the best lens you can buy for the price, mine never leaves 400mm but you have the luxury to zoom in to 100, great lens.....

Perfectly captured rupture of water as it pierced the surface. Now this is not the easiest thing to time or get in frame, how many tries did it take?
