I shoot my spider shots at 1/60-1/100sec at f9-f16. I love as you can see my Macro(same lens and a Canon 300D). Your shot is awsome all I have here are little round ants. This is my friend Blackie, he is a jumping spider.7 to you.Check out my bugs portfolio
