TR,
thanks for your comment! I have tried to use unsharp mask but it seemed to have sharpen also the parts of the image that I wanted to stay as they were :( Since I was kinda in a hurry I didn't have much time to spend working in PS but I guess this could have been better.

Regards, Z.

Yes, I liked the angle, too. At first I wanted to correct it in PS but I decided to leave it becuase in this way IMHO the picture has more dynamics.
Thanks for the comment :)

Zeljana,

Wow, I am impressed with this photograph! The title is also what has caught my eye and equally impressive...

Well done

Nice shot,
I experience scanning dilemmas, dust drives me to the edge..Photoshop is a must when scanning ,the unsharp mask will re-sharpen the scan and dust removal with paint.
I like the shot excellent dof and the background works in well, could be worth playing around in different light with the same subject..

Regards,

TR

Too bad about the scan (I know how that is) - I can imagine how tack-sharp this little blue globe must otherwise be. The depth of field looks really solid, though, to bring your subject out and draw your eye directly to it. I also like the slight angle, keeps things from being too static, too predictable.
