I really like this photo a lot. Normally, I would have liked this with a plain background but you have used the rhythm of the background object - with isn't in focus anyway - to bring the viewer's eye to the face.

The light in the eyes gives a very nice look and the hairy eyebrows add an extra touch.

The composition is very nice but if I had to make any criticism I would say that the frame was in two sections. The section with the fact and then the blank wall with nothing going on at all to bring the eye back to the face. But I like this very much. Even the shine on the hair adds to the whole of the very nice compostion.
