Indeed at work... I couldn't agree more, Harry! Right into the heart of it, and with all the dust and the dirt that it also contains. What I find so great on this one is that it doesn't even try to artifially beautify anything. The details on your front man are very good, and the special timing kept the sense for motion and... work!
In this case the flying dust added some nice effect of lighting, as the background seems to get an extra boost of that kind of undefinable shine through light scattering on dust particles! Sometimes such things are better than any kind of additinal filter.
Perhaps it could be framed not as centered for a better visibility of perspective. I am not sure about that, though!
