ahhh...yes! now we are talking about lighting, I love the sceled lighting Paul, not flat at every part of the frame, you get here the lighting to support her face and you give what was your target at the time of the shot, very good job.

One little thing I also noticed here - I think this would be a much better shot if it was a horizontal image. Her in the same place, but the image just horizontal continuing to the left. This would add some nice negative space. Just something to try.

Thanks for your feedback, Mark. I tend to agree with you, especially about the hair.
My lighting capabilities are about to get more enjoyable, though. I have already ordered a third strobe, wireless receivers and a 30x60 Soft BOX!
Should be here this week.

Everything that doesn't work for me comes from the model so I thought I'd comment. The hairstyle has got to go IMHO - she should just keep it simple, would have been fine. Dress is all wrong for her figure. The mole.... Cindy C's mole worked, doesn't mean ALL of them do. I like what you did, the lighting on the face is great, the pose is fine, the colors are fine...... I like her expression....I think she has potential, just needs to change a few things... I like the off center thing too.....
