You nailed it here! Great detail in the eye and skin around the beak. Yet the feathers do not look like feathers at all. They seem to soft to be feathers, almost liquid, great job. I have really enjoyed your work. You have inspired me to shoot again. My wife will not like you for this! Thanks for the Jump Start!

A much better picture than the thumbnail indicates. The eye is nice and sharp, but the feathers almost look creamy. Very nice image.
