Hi Yamil,
Well as much as I'd love to take a trip like that I don't think I could swing it right now.
However this Saturday I'm going to a Raptor Center with my photography school. I don't like to film critters in captivity but I just couldn;t pass up this chance.
Hopefuly this time next week I'll have some good closeups of all kinds of different Raptors.
You enjoy your trip, can't wait to see those images,
Bill

Hi Bill,
Either Michigan or Costa Rica.
Marcus and another 2 friends of mine are planning a trip to Costa Rica by the second week of December.
If you are interested you are welcome to join us.
In 10 days of birding we are hoping to cover the Highlands of Cerro de La Muerte (Mountain of Death), the slopes of the Caribbean, the mangrove forest of the Central Pacific and the wetlands of Cano Negro.
Take care buddy and I hope to see more of your great shots.
Regards.
Yamil

WOW!!
That`s very thoughtful of Yamil,I feel soo honored.I know you don`t need to be "lucky"
to get a fantastic image, you are too modest.Trust
me,I know I am good at IR but always striving for improvement as though my best isn`t good enough,in-flight capture that`s another story because you and your buddy Marcus sets the bar soooo high I am trying to climb Mount Everest.
LOL!!!
Take care Yamil,I know in-flight shooters are fighting a tough battle here.

Hey Marcus,
Thanks again for letting me know about the RsH in HMB.
If the weather gets better, this guy is going to hate us, because he knows we are going to be looking for him and his buddies.
Take care and hope to see you soon.

Dear Robbie,
Thank you very much for you kind words.
Since I don't have enough time to comment on UF, sometimes as a gesture of appreciation, I do like to dedicate images to friends like you that enjoy my work. You won't believe it, but after I got this shot, I was thinking to dedicate this pic to you. However, I did not do it because I think you deserve a better shot.
Next time I get a "lucky shot" will be for you.
Take care buddy and keep up the good work.
Yamil

This is one for my favorites! Robert Chin told me to take at look at this image, because he felt it deserved an award. I agree with him, this pose with the open beak is fantastic. I love the exposure and detail. Thanks for sharing.

Ok Yamil, I need you and Marcus to jump on a plane and come to Michigan to give me about a month's worth of lessons.
In the mean time I will continue to enjoy these fine images,
Bill

A beautiful shot, Yamil! Excellent detail and colours, and to get him with the beak open is a real bonus.
