Hi Roberto. No this is not Narnia but the last one was. I took the last one off because I felt it needed more work - sharpening. This is a valley that our government recently bought back control of and has opened it up to the public. It's a really stunning place - unfortantly we were only there for a few hours and the wind was to strong. Thanks for the interest.
regards Greg

Beautiful Greg! I think the softness does for me because it gives it more of a painted effect!
Cheers :O)

Great , good advice and will try this out. Have used the WB indoors but never used it outdoors. Thanks for your input.

Excellent composition, and yes a bit of sharpness would have perfected it. Aabout warming the pic up, my camera does a good job if I play with the white balance feature, i would either have used the clouds preset WB or would have manually white balanced it on a slightly blue colored object. This trick has made my warmer filter redundant for a very long time now.

Thanks John always appreciate your comments. Unfortuntly there was a fence and also people still in the paddock bailing the hay. I have a warmer filter but have never used it - I'll have to give it a go. I did use a nat grad cokin G2 but not really to sure if this is where you would use it. Thanks for all your input.

Hi Gregg, this one is not very differnet from the last one. On my screen it looks a little soft. I think you could improve the impact by getting closer to one of the bales and using it as a focal point.(not always easy if there is a barbed wire fence in between) Also on high overcast days the light is very blue. Either use a warm up filter on the lens or add a warm up layer in Photoshop. These type of landscapes usually have more impact and drama when shot in better light, earlier in the morning or later in the evening. Even on overcast days the light is warmer early on or later. Hope this helps. Regards John
