Q. Digital camera for aquarium photography?

Aquarium photography has slightly different requirements than outdoors or studio photography. I am considering buying a new budget friendly digital camera for aquarium photography and currently looking at Canon PowerShot A2000 IS, I found it at B&H Photo Video for $169.95 through http://www.dealrocker.com discount deal. It's a well known fact that a good camera is however never a guarantee for good pictures, there are a many other factors that will also affect the photographs. So any tips or techniques are also greatly appreciated.

Any recommendation and suggestions are welcome.
