The photograph is very thought provoking and a little disturbing. But i have always loved your artistic and creative photography. Photographs tell a story and its up to the viewer to interpret the tale. I guess the reason this photo is so disturbing is that not long after this you haven’t been on here, hardly at all and none recently. I hope all is well and wish someone could tell me how to get in touch with you if not here. My email is in the caption on my portfolio. Please get in touch and let me know you are alright, especially in a world as dangerous as it is today.
Your Concerned Friend,
Garold

it brought a smile to my face

suppose if i had shackeld you and you surrendered like this .suddenly all my possesive feeling towards you would have gone a sudden shock like this one surely must have changed me and whole idea of possesion would have gone, now their is no use of confining you any more. with surrender you get freedom the person cannot relate what to do where to put stop for the prisioner as he herself has drop the idea to be free. this change in her understanding gave birth to another change in the understanding of the man to free her. wonderful captue,i love the image very much.

Which reminds me somehow of an old song of my band "Firefly" years ago. We wrote that under the influence of the remarkable movie "Bladerunner"

Born in a world where commands are the only information
had to grow up under chains, black heavens of shame
created to obey, to submit without asking questions
I suffer defeats when the use me, they drive me insane!

Total submission
the only way to be
then total demolition
but I won't be set free!

Just thoughts...

Best wishes and as always keep it up, keep it up, keep it up!

Another of Fatemeh's expressive and also symbolic photos. Extremely suggestive low key photography that says so much through an enigmatic appearance of two hands that are in chains but still hold the key.

Do they ask for help becaus they can't be freed by themselves, or do they symbolize the endth degree of submission?

No answer is given but this is why this one has such a suggestive power! Another 10 and hat off again!

Keep it up,

Nick

A dramatic, powerful and dark moody mono toned study with a strong message to Maxime. Creatively thought out and stunningly captured my dear friend Fatemeh. The detailed clarity is startling both in the image and the message. Well done to you my good friend. My very best wishes to you as always.....Ray;)

Nice Idea dear Fatemeh,
you are always inspiring,
I want to know the reason of darkness all in your shots, we have to think about everything and every part in your shots, plus darkness!
Well done,
Mohammad

Hi Fatemeh! A great concept and dedication ... I´m sure Maxime as a clever guy knows how to deal with the situation - with or without keys. Again a picture telling more than a thousand words ... well done, Fatemeh!

nice dedication to Max! diffrent meaning can be explained through this unkown and mysterious image

i would say destiny is in your hand for reality and for eternity its our choice to search for this eternal truth so we live in peace and harmoney here and in next life :)

It is like we don't want the key to freedom because we are frightened of the unknown. Socialisation is too strong. So the chain of it is pronounced. Now that is my immediate thought! Whtever...brilliant idea and image- get's us thinking as always Fatemeh!

Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen Annemette Rosenborg Eriksen   {K:55244} 9/19/2006
Dear Fatemeh
Yet another thoughtful image that trickers the mind because it has several dimensions to it. The chance to set another human free being but rejecting this due to fear, the wish to close one´s eyes to other´s despair because it´s too painful to carry in your heart.
On the other hand maybe anxiety about being set free as no boundaries takes more strength to deal with than tight boundaries.
Or an erotic game;-)And so forth!
Great one, Fatemeh!
Take care,
Annemette

Dramatic image. The tones and contrast are good, the hands presenting the keys seem to have a message, "please take these chains off my wrists." Thought provoking image.
