Alison, thanks for the comment. I see your point. I was getting ready to print this shot in poster size and frame it. I'll be sure to brighten it beforehand.

This is a great shot with a wonderful composition, the only thing, in my opinion would be to brighten it a bit, as I have done. I hope you don't mind. Alison

This looks just to good to be true, Brian. It's fantastic! It looks like the whole building is on fire.
I truly believe that we're "allowed" to make minor adjustments in PS to enhance what you're trying to share through your pictures. As in this case where it makes the whole shot more dramatic and interesting.
Keep up the good work

Brian my friend. Firstly let me thank you for your comment on my latest attempt at portraiture. Much appreciated and so nice to hear from you. As for this shot from you. I note the comments about technical imperfections which I take on board but personally I think it is an exquisite portrait. The white backdrop offers so much contrast and enhances the lady's profile and also the chair. I love it. Wondered how I missed it but now realise we had just set off on holiday when you posted it. Best regards. Den

I like the way they are so evenly spaced. You are right, you get the feeling they want their own space. I might have cropped the left a little bit so just the same amount of the light fixture showed on both sides. You would have only lost one bird and I think the balanced effect would look good. Well seen and I like this. Del
