Yes, I agree with neil. There's the makings of a great image here, but the light is too flat. Warmer light and perhaps some long shadows would really lift this one, as might a black and white version.

Hello Jason,
A very nice view of this run-down home with good detail and the perfect sky.
You may want to try grabbing it at sunrise or sunset as well if you get the chance because it will make a huge difference as far as the light is concerned.
