Very interesting lighting! I would say very unusual for this kind of photos. The cropping is perfect. I think it is a great success! I suggest that you produce more works in this style.

A tryptichon - great!
I'm trying to figure out Your composition. Wouldn't it be better to place the mechanic in the right frame so the tool would become smaller and smaller from left to right? This would match perfectly with the placement of the guy at the right edge of the frame: The tool becomes smaller, the mechanic enters the stage. (The tool leads to him.)
What do You think? ?o)
The lighting is great, the blurred hands of the guy work perfectly. Excellent work!

very nice.. simplicity at its finest ... although i am not a big fan of frames.. I think a pencil thin black line around the photo would tighting up the overall image.. great shot.. very creative
